Problems Sending and Receiving E-Mail

This is the account that I have currently, yours should look similar,
but with your own information.

For Mail Account(first box), this is just the name of the account, you can call it whatever you would like, nobody else can see this.

For Name, make sure you put something that is suitable to others, this is what other people will see as your name.

At the bottom, where it says "Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing",
this is if you want this account to be checked for new mail, and ready mail to be sent when you hit the send/receive button.
