For Incomming mail AND Outgoing mail , all you need there is thurston.com (Thurston County customers)
or kalama.com (Cowlitz County customers)

Make sure you enter your user name in all lowercase and have your CAPS lock off
For your password, make sure that you are entering in the correct password case sensitive
(NOTE: If you have a second or more e-mail address, usually you asked for a different password)
